Health, Safety And Environmental (HSE)

The overall project goals are simply stated “ No accidents – No harm to people and – No harm to the environment.” These goals will be achieved through the following major efforts :

• Identifying hazards, assessing and controlling the risks with complying on Client and PT. Hydrocore HSE System.
• Communicating, implementing and monitoring the HSE Plan.
• Measuring, analyzing and continuously improving the HSE Performance.

PT. Hydrocore adopts to the following HSE philosophies for the project :

• Accidents are preventable.
• A safe workplace is the aim of responible management .
• Safety is condition of employment.
• Everyone has the authority to STOP work if  it is UNSAFE.
• Familiarization with site-specific evacuation procedure.
• JSA shall be carried out for ALL activities.
• Reporting of all incidents no matter how small can prevent accidents
